To ensure clarity, our cancellation and refund terms vary by service. For instance, if you need to cancel an Electric Vehicle Charging session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Orders for Alkaline Hydrogen Water or items from our EcoHome Eco Shop can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Cloud Kitchen orders must be cancelled up to 1 hour before delivery, and Delivery Boy services require a cancellation notice at least 1 hour before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund.

Eligibility for Cancellation and Refunds: You may request a cancellation or refund if you meet the conditions set forth in this policy. Please review the specific terms for each service below.

Service-Specific Cancellation and Refund Terms:

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Cancellation: Requests to cancel a scheduled EV charging session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds: If you cancel within the required timeframe, a full refund will be processed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Alkaline Hydrogen Water:

Cancellation: Orders for Alkaline Hydrogen Water can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Refunds: Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cloud Kitchen:

Cancellation: Orders from our Cloud Kitchen can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Delivery Boy Services:

• Cancellation Cancellations of Delivery Boy services must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.
• Refunds: you cancel within the required timeframe, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the delivery are non-refundable.

EcoHome Eco Shop:

Cancellation: Orders from EcoHome Eco Shop can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Refunds: Full refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
